Process dealing with Improve Your House? - July 2009

We want to make the process as simple as possible for you to contact Improve Your House and design your own fitted bedroom, wardrobe or room divider. In order for our team to ensure you always get the highest service level we have explained what will happen along the way. 

We realise your house is a private and personal place so we want to be completely clear as to the process. 

Step 1 : You browse our website and wish to enquiry or purchase a fitted bedroom, mirror wardrobe or room divider. You can do this by emailing info@improve-your-house.co.uk or completing a Creative Corner form. 

Step 2 : Improve Your House will complete a basic search to ensure we can build your bedroom furniture or room divider. After which an experienced representative will call you back to help you with your query. 

Step 3 : If you wish to proceed then a bedroom designer with at least 20 years experience designing tailor made bedroom furniture will visit your house. Alternatively, we can give you directions to our Glasgow based showroom where we have an exclusive range of bedroom furniture built on site by experienced bedroom designers. 

Step 4 : Should you wish to proceed we will measure the room space and gather information such as type of materials you wish to use, what you want your bedroom furniture to achieve, specific requests and how much you want to spend.

Step 5 :  Our team will inform you of how long the furniture will take to complete and then arrange a date for when the experienced bedroom fitter will visit your home. They will erect the furniture on that day and if it’s likely to take two days then you will be told from the outset. 

Step 6 : If you have any issues with the fitted bedroom furniture then you can contact Improve Your House again and we will visit your property to rectify any problems immediately.  Essentially, you are in complete control and if you don’t want to proceed with your bespoke fitted bedroom furniture after your initial email, visit to the showroom or when we measure your bedroom then you can cancel.
