Is my free design plan completely free?

you are not satisfied at any point during the design, creation or
delivery
process then you can speak with your dedicated account manager, who
will try
and resolve any problems.

the event of any problems with your bedroom furniture we will guarantee

visit your house ASAP to resolve any issues you have. We rarely have
dissatisfied customers but if we fail to meet your standards then we
will do
our utmost to ensure you are a delighted customer.
As
standard we offer a ten-year guarantee on our fitting and installation
work. We
want you to be satisfied with your home improvement and our after sales
service
is exceptionally important to us.
